Qualified for static and seismic loading conditions
Thread design undercuts to efficiently transfer the load to the base material
No special drill bit required; designed to install using standard-sized ANSI tolerance drill bits
Testing shows the Titen HD installs in concrete with 50% less torque than other anchors
Hex-washer head requires no separate washer and provides a clean installed appearance
Carbon steel Titen HD utilizes a specialized heat-treating process that creates tip hardness for better cutting without compromising the ductility
Mechanical galvanizing meets ASTM B695, Class 65, Type 1, intended for some pressure-treated wood sill plate applications; not for use in other corrosive or outdoor environments
Size: 5/8-in x 6-1/2-in
Caution: Use a Titen HD screw anchor one time only — installing the anchor multiple times may result in excessive thread wear and reduce load capacity

8x8 base bolt
Great bolt. Mounted base very well to the concrete.

Works
Easy to install and held tight. Economical anchor for what I needed

Yes, this works in brick
Fantastic product for anchoring into brick, vertical or horizontal loading. Was suspicious that it would crack bricks near edge but the thread design is perfect.
Make sure you have a 5/8" masonry bit long 6.5"+
The concrete anchor screws work great for securing strong tie hardware to concrete. Only negative is finding a 5/8" masonry bit long enough to drill through the concrete. Most stock 1/2" or 3/4" masonry bits but the 5/8" that was over 6" long was tough to find.

Simple, fast, and secure.
Easy install. Starts easy and true. Not much torque required to twist these in. We used manual ratchets. A long handle 1/2" drive, and a 3/4" drive ratchet. Either one was easy to use. Probably would be fine to use a standard 1/2" drive handle length too.

Feels very secure
Easy to install with a5/8 concrete drill bit and a mid torque impact gun, slightly inconvenient that lowes doesn't carry larger concrete drill bits or sds max feels less like it's going to blow out concrete edges
