The quality and design of this dresser I love. The self-assembly option made it affordable.
I really like the dresser. It is a solid build and doesn't look cheap. Had to assemble, which the manufacturers made it really simple in a step-by-step fashion. It does take two people. I even found a lampshade to match!

Cheap materials
The quality of the dressers are of a very cheap material. I’m actually shocked that the store carries items like this. Bought 2 sets and all are going back.

Decent but definitely not gray; should be called multi-brown.
The dresser overall was decent...but the color description leaves much to be desired. The "multi-gray" is more accurately described as "multi-brown." There is minimal gray in this dresser; I wish there were better pictures. Unfortunately, it clashes with my grey bedroom decor. Disappointed. The drawers were a challenge to put together but the cabinet itself was fine to put together.

Great product
Very happy to find that Ashley beats Ikea's ease of assembly. Ever hole was precisely aligned and clear instructions made a somewhat daunting task actually almost a pleasure. Metal parts seemed made of quality and the assembly with cams made for a nice rigid piece.

Inaccessible drawers
It looks nice and was easy enough to put together, but functionally it's awful. The drawers are 16" deep, but open less than 7.5", so it's an absolute pain to get anything into or out of the back of the drawers. If I wanted a drawer that opened 7.5", I would've gotten a dresser that was less deep. I know it's supposed to be a safety feature, but the actual measurement needs to be part of the description.
