The chairs felt pretty light weight. Not sure how they would hold up in the long run. I returned the chairs due to the fact that the mounting holes were no drilled correctly. They did not live up which prevented the assembly of the chairs

Missing parts
The hardware ( bolts ) did not match on the first of the two chairs I bought. The heads were too big to fit in the predrilled holes. I had to run tot the local hardware store before i could finish building the chair. All 4 wood screws were missing from the second chair. Luckily I had some on hand or I would have need to go back to the hardware store

Week wood
The wood is week and where the screws are everything is loose. We have to keep adding more screws to keep the chairs from falling apart.
