What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the PEX pipe for exceptional ease of installation, reliability, and superior performance compared to copper or PVC. Most highlight its simplicity for both beginners and professionals, seamless SharkBite fitting compatibility eliminating soldering, and flexibility allowing fewer connections and smooth routing. Reviewers consistently report leak-free, durable performance with color-coded identification for intuitive use. Many appreciate its lower cost than copper, convenient shorter lengths for smaller jobs, and freeze resistance. A few note the material's tendency to curl during installation and mention needing quality cutting or crimping tools, though these are minor considerations. Overall, customers strongly recommend it for any plumbing project.
