What Customers Are Saying
The treated deck boards were generally of good quality, with customers describing the wood as solid and straight. The boards were suitable for various outdoor projects like decks, fences, and garden beds. However, some customers reported issues with excessive knots, warping, and inconsistent sizing compared to previous orders. Careful inspection of the boards, especially when ordering online, was recommended to find the best quality pieces.

Not the same size as previous orders of the same item. Width was less so that where I used 21 boards on the first part of the job, it took 23 to do the exact same width. None of the boards lined up with the previous section next to it. It was obvious looking at the lumber that the width, though listed as 6", was about 1/4" narrower than the previous deck boards I had installed before.
Never Order Wood Online
Some of the worst wood I have ever purchase. Ordered it online, but failed to inspect it until I started using it and I promise I will never make that mistake again. Knots in almost all the wood to a point that is some of it is almost unusable and is not scrap wood.
Very wet and prone to warping
All of the pressure treated wood at the Lowes store near me is very wet and prone to warping. Water came to the surface of the screw head as I screwed down the boards. I made a comment about the wet wood to an employee at the store and his reply was to get is installed and screwed down quickly in order to reduce warping. I wouldn't buy the wood from Lowes if I had another choice of stores locally. All of the boards were 8' 1" long which gave me plenty of room to cut 48" sections.
Great Quality with Great Repellent
These boards worked so well for me when I was building my garden box with them. I was able to take 8 of them and build a garden box with 2 sections (1 for vegetables, 1 for herbs). The best part was that they are already treated so they have a built in rain repellent! Now I don't have to worry about the wood getting rotten or damaged from rain.
Treated deck board
It seemed to be a good be of wood with little to no knots or bows. I used the wood as stairs and drilled holes in the wood before using deck screws. I would recommend sanding and sweeping after the work is completed because sprinters are a safety issue especially for those who try to walk down the stairs barefooted.
Just Deck Boards
This product did the job for what I needed it for. Was somewhat warped, but not terrible. One of the pieces I bought was 1/8" wider than the others. Didn't notice until I began to join them. Good enough for most projects. Purchased these because they were cheaper than 1 x 6 x 8.
