Then the driver felt he couldn’t get to our property. So I had to drive 14 miles to load the material into my truck. Not worth $79. Never again.
Worst service ever
I purchased 2x10x16 treated lumber from (Lowe’s) in April. I returned them in June. They came and picked up, first they claimed they couldn’t find them from pick up, then they claimed there was fraud on my account. The customer service representative wouldn’t even look at me, total disrespect and the worst thing a customer service representative could ever do to a loyal customer. I had to go into the store because NOBODY answers the phone EVER. Store manager should be fired, couldn’t lead myself...

The WORST Experience Ever
I ordered this material before 2pm on Saturday the 1st of august at 12 pm. I didn’t get my same day delivery until 630 pm on Sunday the 2nd wasting two days and spending 150 dollars on contractors who stood around doing nothing! The store gave me a 25$ card for a 39$ delivery fee which was more than the total item purchases.

A bit wet
The store has a surprisingly straight 2x6. I only wish there were quarter sawn. With that said, I haven't notice any warping after use. The main issue for me is that they're too wet and I have to store them in my shed for several days to be able to work with them.

Didn't get my 15% discount
My recent order from the store in Lewisburg WV did not apply this 15% coupon. She scanned the bar code and I used my Lowes credit card. I didn't look at the receipt until I got home. High priced, poor quality
Sorry, your store in Osage Beach was priced over $6 per board more than Menards in Osage Beach. I used to work for Lowe’s in Osage Beach but the lumber quality and the pricing at Menards was significantly better. I left an H Cart at the Osage Beach location and went to Menards. Better selection, better quality and lower price. I know this review is about the Springfield location, but Marvin needs to know. Stock prices will go down if this strategy continues
