Seal-Krete Original Waterproofing Sealer protects vertical concrete, masonry, metal and vinyl surfaces against the damaging effects of moisture penetration. This water-based sealer can also be mixed with latex paint to extend the life of paint and improve paint adhesion. Provides resistance from UV rays and mildew to ensure a rejuvenated, brightened finish on surfaces.

Seal-Krete Original Waterproofing Primer/Sealer is ideal for priming, sealing, revitalizing and protecting vertical surfaces
Suitable for use on stucco, brick, block, aluminum and vinyl siding, drywall and concrete
Provides superior protection against the damaging effects of moisture penetration
Dries to the touch in 2-4 hours, and covers up to 300 sq ft
Dries to a clear satin finish, perfect for revitalizing old paint, siding, stucco and masonry
Penetrates deeply into concrete pores, binding sand and cement particles to for a tough, flexible, breathable film
Strengthens mortar joints, binds chalky surfaces and buffers PH in new cement, plaster and stucco
Can be used as a paint additive to extend life and coverage
Clean up with soap and water

Used as prep over poor quality Glidden 3 yr old paint job, pressure cleaned stucco first. Used this chalk sealer (spray on) before using Valspar Seasonsplus exterior flat. Did a great job for both products

Used this after pressure washing my driveway. I recommend using a sprayer to put it down and then roll it in with a roller. We were so happy that we did our in-laws house the same way and they loved it.

Use a 3/4 inch nap roller, let it dry and apply second coat. Great adhesion to surface and takes care of small cracks.
