Disappointed

Would Not Recommend

We have not even installed the system, and I am already disappointed. The channel support is basically dense foam that looks like packaging and breaks easily. Schluter also does not sell the support channel separately and their customer support just suggests you ask the retailer if they happen to have one. This is a very expensive product whose company offers no individual parts to purchase. We have had to buy another system.
