Easy to install and use.
Enjoying not having to use a key to enter.
It is nice to be able to punch a code in to unlock the door. You put in your code, turn the handle, and the door unlocks. To lock, you just push a button and turn the handle and the door locks. It is easy to update your codes, and up to 19 codes can be entered for the door. This way, each family member can remember their own code if they need a different code. An excellent system and the security is also top notch. Easy to install the lock and update it.

Stops working and will lock you out
I purchased this lock to update my entryway and chose schlage because of their reputation and positive reviews. I hired a professional locksmith to install the new lock and handle and even had to repaint the door, which is all expected. However the lock mechanism stopped engaging after a few months and would just spin, even after troubleshooting with the schlage tech, it was recommended to send me a replacement\ since the device I had was faulty. A replacement was sent and again I had to have...
