Change the batteries in my BE 469ZP lock. And now it doesn't work light up at all. I have now been on the phone. Waiting for somebody to answer for forty five minutes to find out what's wrong.Still, waiting would definitely not buy anything from this company at all.

Great lock
I just love this lock. I have had for 2 yrs now only changed the batter once. Love that I can unlock the door from anywhere and give guest their own code and delete it when they are done. It is set up with my ring so I know who and when the door is locked or unlocked. I would definitely get this again if I had to.

If you think its broken, go through every step
Like the easy of usage. I absolutely wish they would have put in the instruction manual to follow completely through BEFORE you believe it isn't working. Because the latch wasnt coming completely out into the strike plate hole, we thought it must be broken (this was before the computer completed its run through). It wasn't broken. The computer set & extended it.
