Hard to Clean the glass shelves above the crisper.

The glass shelves above the crispers are extremely hard to clean. Currently the documentation I was sent was the older model. I was then asked to pry the metal retaining clip from the glass... Which I refused. Then was told to soak the whole self in warm water and mild detergent. The shelving unit containing the glass is actually larger then any bathtub we have. Spacious Fridge and Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with this fridge. I love the feature of the 4 kind of ice available. There are 2 where the water dispenses and there is a pull out in the freezer where there is a cube size and a smaller cube size. Those are my favorite ice. I wish the Water dispenser area was a little bit taller and had a grip to keep the glass or bottle secure.

Didn’t last

We purchased this Samsung fridge in May of 2024. By June or July of 2025 the freezer wouldn’t stay cold and the ice maker(s) quit making ice. Samsung did agree to sends repair tech to look at it even though it was out of warranty by 2 months. They replaced the condenser fan and charged the system. Thanksgiving this year, 4 months later, the entire system won’t cool properly. The fridge stays 51 degrees and the freezer is even warmer. A call to Samsung and I was told sorry you’re out of warranty....

Excellent Delivery Workers

Although I was highly disappointed that my stove was bot loaded on the truck as it was supposed to be and delivered at the same time, I have to give highest praise to these two men that delivered and set up my refrigerator. They were so very quick, professional, extremely cautious and careful with all of my property and made sure not to bump into anything in my tight spaces. Definitely a good capacity fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not going to say I love it but I can say I liked it. It definitely has a good look and size is also great. It is mega capacity means you can store a lot of items. I tried to use the app but it is keep loosing its connection. There are four different kind of ice you can get from this fridge. The stainless steel is finger print resistant which is also a good feature. To adjust the configuration, I used the app which is easy to navigate.

Be prepared for nonexistent customer service

Not happy, I've had it two weeks, first problem occurred within 24 hours, refrigerator froze everything, tried raising the temperature to 42 degrees following instructions, still freezing everything, thermometer shows temperature inside refrigerator to be 30 degrees. RF32CH5400SRAA - Leaks all over the floor

Nice refrigerator. It has ruined my new flooring by leaking constantly from the back or underneath. Every few months the water shoots out the back of the ice maker and stands on the floor until it finally runs out from under the front as we can see it. Wish I had never purchased it !
