I can't review how well this dryer actually works because I never got the chance to use it. It arrived with a warped drum straight out of the box. The very first time I tried to start it, the drum scraped loudly because it was defective. I purchased the 5-year protection plan expecting peace of mind, but instead I've spent my time going back and forth between Samsung and the warranty company trying to get the issue resolved. This dryer is a beast!
The size of this dryer is amazing if you have a large family, multiple sets of clothing per day, or pets. There is a cycle for everything that you could wash so your fabric is well taken care of. I also was able to launder my king size bedding, the entire bed set, in one load washer / dryer and have it actually get dry. I ordered a new washer and dryer set this is the dryer. So far I've had zero issues with this dryer and enjoy it very much for its large size. It has several different dry functions including a steam function. It also has a rack that you can insert inside to put things like your shoes on to dry. Same problem, two different dryers
I purchased this dryer and about 6 weeks after it started making a scraping noise during drying. After having it looked at, the drum was scraping on the motor housing that is located in the front of the dryer right below the drum. After a lot of phone calls, I got a replacement unit. All was good until yesterday, about 6 weeks after install, that SAME scraping noise started again. I don't do large loads of laundry, and to prevent this noise, I have to dry 1/2 loads. Do Not Buy At Lowes
If you value your time and money I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I took off work and waited over 6 hours for my delivery just to get a call at 8:20pm to let me know they weren’t coming. This is after multiple emails confirming delivery was on the way. I would highly recommend going to Best Buy. Maybe Lowe’s should stick to lumber or cleaning supplies. Do not waste your time!!

Not ventless
I ordered this dryer specifically because it was advertised as ventless, but it arrived with a standard vent. Since I don’t have a setup for exterior venting, this made the dryer completely unusable. To make matters worse, there was no documentation included to guide the installation team, who were just as confused as I was. I ended up having to return the unit. Very disappointing and a waste of time.
