So you spend the money to buy it. Less than a month goes by and guess what it doesn’t work. We have been without a dryer for two weeks. Because they don’t have anything that works with our schedule or a place I can drop it off and pick it up. Another thing. Plan on wasting a whole day they don’t give you a window it is all day. Will update when and if it gets fixed. Motor doesn’t turn tub. Video attached. The prettiest most expensive paper weight inside the house.

These dryers do not even last 4 years before becoming a fire hazard neither Samsung or Lowe’s will do anything about even though it is a known issue every body will experience conveniently within a year of all warranties expiring, the drums will crack (even with light use, mine were in storage for 2 years and used for 2 years) it shoots off pieces of metal through your laundry. Stripped screw on door hinge

I simply need to reverse the direction of the dryer door to make putting my wet clothes from the washer into the dryer seamlessly. It’s an easy fix that should take mere minutes. Three of 4 screws were basically effortless to remove. But there is one that is stripped and nothing I have tried has worked. So I am stuck with a major purchase that I invested in to make life easier- that feels like yet another hassle.

Worst experience in my life

Bought the dryer and washer brand new, dryer stopped working after 3 loads, right in time to be out of the window to return it to Lowe’s. Called Samsung, they gave me a provider to fix the dryer who doesn’t service my area. Leaving me, so far, with a delay of nearly a month without a dryer, and no solution.

Very quiet machines

The drivers were great. They arrived on the minute that the tracking app said. They were very professional. Jose even swept the floor before installing the new appliances. I would shop here again. They even ran the washer and dryer to make sure it worked before they left.😊

Too Little Control

It works fine. No issues there. I like the lint basket in the door frame. I remember it better in that location. Issues: 1. The preset options are too rigid. The ONLY preset that allows you any choice in temps is Time Dry & Wrinkle Release. 2. This is the main reason I would not buy this brand again: the inside is DARK gray. Great washer. I can't complain.

I am loving my new washer. The only thing that I can think of is that I wish it were not as tall as it is, I am short so I have to use a pincher to get the socks that stay at the bottom of the washer.

I love my black electric Samsung dryer and it works very efficiently.

No interior light

We bought this to replace another samsung dryer after having it for 7 years. It gets the job done, but there's no interior light inside the drum! I recognize that this is more of a minor inconvenience but I am very surprised and disappointed that Samsung decided to skip such a basic feature.
