Pros - Works fine. Allows enough control. Cons - 1. Too deep. I don't recall having as much trouble reaching clothes in the bottom on any other washer I have owned. I am 5'4" and I am up on my toes and hanging into the tub to reach the bottom. 2. THIS IS THE WORST. There is button on the FRONT EDGE that turns on the water! If you lean into the tub to reach clothes on the bottom is it really easy to accidentally lean on that and now your clothes are wet again and you have to do another spin....

This washer has so many options to set your laundry to, it's essentially universal! I throw 3 weeks of clothes inside and it still has space. Between the no longer needed agitator to really spin up your clothes, to the awesome jets that's push around my laundry, this machine gets results everytime. I've cleaned socks that didn't get white in a different washing machine, and they turned back to white after months of being dingy looking. It also has a water spout mode to output water onto whatever...

Love the roomy tub and how clean things come out
We love our new washer. It is very quiet and cleans the clothes so good. Way better than our other model. It is big enough to wash our King quilt and get it clean. It has worked great every time. It doesn't shake when you get it full. We haven't been disappointed at all.

Broke after only 3 months
Washer broke after only 3 months and we have been trying to get it repaired for over a week. Constant run around from Samsung service department. I highly recommend you purchase another brand.
