Within a little over a year of owning this washer it is not working. I called a professional company out to fix it and they quoted me $417 to fix it. I replaced the part they told me to and it did not fix it. I ended up replacing 3 parts and it did not fix it. This apparently is a common issue with this washer. People are just selling it for scrap once the experience the same thing. Stay as far away as possible from this thing.

Weird Noise during Spin Cycle
Replaced my 14 yr old Samsung of the same kind because it developed issues completing wash cycles and going off balance. This machine washes quickly but makes strange noises when it spins.

Love the roomy tub and how clean things come out
We love our new washer. It is very quiet and cleans the clothes so good. Way better than our other model. It is big enough to wash our King quilt and get it clean. It has worked great every time. It doesn't shake when you get it full. We haven't been disappointed at all.
