Product and delivery are aweful
These are priced as quality mirrors, but they are not well built. We ordered a 31x60 and 31x35, both of which were broken. They were not delivered at the same time so we got the small mirror first and it had substantial frame damage. We returned it in person to the store where they made us return it and purchase a new one. We get the large mirror delivered 2 days later and the mirror is out of the frame so we have to go back to Lowes and return this the same way. We go to open the redeliver...

Damaged product
Well I ordered the first one and I took 14 days to get. Upon pickup at the store it have extensive damage to the frame and was only offered 20% off. I returned hoping to get one in pristine condition. 13 days later the next one I opened in store as well and was in horrible condition. Didn’t want to make an offer on this one. Well waiting now for my 3rd attempt which will probably be 14 more days. For $360 i expect a decent product.
