If I could give no stars I would. Lowe’s is aJoke!
Don't sign the contract! They don't Honor nothing! Lowe's is a Joke Mark's flooring is even worse. Lowe's Customer service is non existent until you get to the right people then you might get a conversation! Mark's flooring is the worst installers you can find! They also put a hole in the wall!

The miscommunication and lack of support between the ordering process and the installation process was abysmal. We ordered Animal Instinct 11 in Warm Sand for our entire house but the sales rep added Animal Instinct 1 carpet to our order. Check the math before you sign
Quoted 504 sq ft of carpet and 76 sq yards of padding for two bedrooms totaling 345 sq ft. That's 34% carpet overage and almost 2× the padding I actually needed — about $657 of inflated charges. When I asked the rep to explain, she couldn't. I canceled and went with another vendor. Always verify the square footage on your quote.

Awful carpet, useless warranty
My carpet is less than a year old. I filed a claim due to fraying, fuzzy and pulling loose and my claim was denied. Maybe i havent used the correct words in trying to explain the issues. defective carpet
I bought what I thought was top if the line carpet. When the installers were putting it in there is a long defect running the length of the carpet. The installers feel that it was not threaded properly and the seam is fraying and has a zig zag shape to it. When I complained to Lowe's they said the manufacturer has to come out and evaluate the carpet and decide if they will do anything. This is totally unacceptable.
