Avoid Lowes for home install projects
This was not a good install experience and I do not feel I got what I was sold or what I paid for. I signed contracts on February 9th with the understanding that we would proceed within 6-10 business days. Immediately there were back orders and no options to switch to an in stock alternative without paying a 15% restocking fee.
