Avoid Lowes for home install projects
This was not a good install experience and I do not feel I got what I was sold or what I paid for. I signed contracts on February 9th with the understanding that we would proceed within 6-10 business days. Immediately there were back orders and no options to switch to an in stock alternative without paying a 15% restocking fee. ReverieII Driftwood Gray
Lowe’s installed Reverie II color - Driftwood Gray on our stairs and bedroom. It is so soft!! We love it. It’s is pretty plush so we are hoping it holds up over time! Very happy with our installers they were very fast!
