Beautiful option for a limited budget!

I admit, I was totally hesitant to not only purchase vinyl, but, in particular, the lock in vinyl. The idea of just laying this down over my subfloor basically freaked me out. Can cost you a lot of money.

Where do I start?! We purchased a small wood frame house and remodeled. As we were looking for a dog friendly, easy to clean, flexible and with a wood finished look floor, we found modern vinyl flooring. gaps in joint, refusing warranty claim

The short edge started getting gaps and they have grown over the years to state where I need a whole new floor. Tried to file a warranty claim but they keep asking for more and more paperwork and pictures from all angles trying to increase friction and avoid paying the claim. Don't buy this product. Don't buy this brand. See other reviews. Most of the good reviews are from the day of installation when everything looks awesome.

This is a great product . It installed easily being very simple to trim with just tin snips and a utility knife . The floor snaps together and gives a high quality ,finished look . I purchased this product in March and had it installed by a friend that is a professional.It looked great at first, but with in 2 months the short sides started separating. I called the manufacturer who had a "Specialist" tell me to go to the edge and try to force it back together. Almost every row in my living room is separating. Easy Installation/Looks and Feels AMAZING

Lots of hesitation taking the leap with this product but now that I've installed it, we couldn't be happier. This is the third floor I've installed in our home in the past 6 years and I wish we knew about this one 6 years ago. Beautiful results

We had two layers of flooring down, so we removed both layers and took it down to the sub-floor. I am very glad that we did, as we had some issues with the sub floor and we were able to get those boards replaced. Removing the glue from the sub floor was difficult. The best product for that was an adhesive remover and a floor scraper. It took a fair amount of time, but we got a nice smooth finish. Putting down the floor was fairly easy. Very easy flooring to work with: You really only need a tape measure, razor knife, rubber mallet and a pencil though a sharp pair of aviation snips for notching out around vents and wall bump-outs and a small combination square helps. The toughest part of laying this out, as evidenced by reviews mentioning end gaps opening up, is mating the 5.75" end pieces together.
