We used these screws to hold cor-a-vent at the bottom of our siding on our house. Cor-a-vent is a corrugated plastic product and the large pancake head on these screws held firmly without crushing the plastic.

Garbage for light weight steel studs
These things dance all over thin gauge steel studs. I had to use several because of a time crunch everyone I had to send a short point screw through to make a hole or I would’ve had to pre-drill.

Tough To Drive
First time with this SPAX item. Star impression in head was not very sharp. Easy to ‘spin-out’ when driving. Couldn’t find the ‘included bit.’
