The box was damaged which led to the pump outlet being damaged. The threads were crushed. I emailed customer support, sent photos and they end up sending me the wrong part. Then I call customer support indicating they sent me the wrong part they have no record of the wrong replacement part being shipped. I’m beyond disappointed.

This unit was delivered by Fed Ex. I opened the box shortly after getting it to my garage. There was oil staining on the outside of the box and everything inside the box was covered in motor oil. The bottle of motor oil packed with the washer was sealed and intact, so I do not know where the oil came from... I assembled the washer, which is easy to do. I added motor oil and fresh fuel. Not as much power as I expected.
Looks and feels higher quality than my last power washer. Starts easy. But it doesn’t have nearly as much power as my 15 year old Troy built 2400 psi power washer that I was replacing. Disappointed because I specifically picked this one and spent double to get a little more power.

I have owned mine for 3 years and it has been flawless. I run only non ethanol fuel and turn off the fuel every time and let it run until it shuts off. I also flush the pump every time with a can of pump saver. The chlorine in city water will eat the pump up if you don't keep it flushed out.
