I ordered a mower to be shipped to my house. It was shipped with oil in the tank (even though the instructions say it isn't and a full container of oil came with it, sealed in a plastic bag.) The oil had leaked out of the can onto the outside of the mower (and who knows where else inside the mower?) It was also missing a cable clip for the pull cord. I emailed Senix customer service as noted on the instructions to ask about it and sent pictures and the receipt. After 48 hours, still no response...

Lawn Mower Review

Light weight mower. Cuts decent. Overall, a good mower for the price. My negative is that the flap at the back of the mower to prevent clippings from coming out is made of plastic and anytime you pull the mower in reverse the flap tucks under the mower. This prevents the mower from cutting most of the grass when pulling the mower in reverse for tight spots. Now when you push forward the flap flips back out from under the mower.

Thoroughly impressed

For starters it's wasn't easy to find a new mower that wasn't overpriced or complete junk. What's the deal with the new disposable mowers that blow up within 2 years? Lowes has no protocol for dealing with rain damage

Lowes delivered my new mower in a rain storm. By the time I got to the box it was soaking wet along with the new mower inside. I contacted the office of the CEO but my complaint is unresolved after a week, We are playing phone tag and I have requested email contact. Why isnt Lowes willing to use email to resolve an issue?.

Perfect choice if needing a light weight mower

This thing is great for my needs! We have an acre and 1/2 and mostly use a riding mower, but for several areas that are hard to get and some slightly hilly narrow areas, this mower is perfect. I like mostly that it's got a powerful name brand/established engine. Because this mower is inexpensive and light weight, it's easy to reposition easily and I'm not too concerned about damaging it which I likely won't. It’s an ok mower. The three stars is because where you poor the oil into isn’t an easy location. It’s in a very weird spot. Hard to get the cap off and on. Not sure how men with big hands could do it. You’ll have to buy a flexible long stem funnel to add your oil. When I received it the mower and box was full of oil. Took awhile to get it cleaned off.
