Do not trust this company with their epoxy product or their paint products they do not back them up from the manufacturer even if the product is mislabeled it will put you out and cost you time and money. Customer service is an absolute joke. They will tell you to buy more of their product and take a chance on them do all that you can to stay away from this company.

Don't do it!!!

Less than 5 years installed. Yellowing from the sun. Chipping off in lots of places. Can't clean rubber tire skid marks off. Shows water getting under the surface, even just from wet tires after parking. Absolutely awful product. I should sue Rust-Oleum, because taking this off to put something better on is going to be a pain in the butt.

Looks Great but Work Quickly

This seems to be a very good coating for my garage floor, that being said let me tell you my experience. I watched several YouTube videos on the product and read several reviews, they mostly all said that the product doesn't cover what it says it will on the box. I have a 22' x 20' garage, 440 sq. ft. Excellent product and looks great upon rolling it on but, I purchased three kits to cover the floor of my shop. One of the bags (Part A) had a small leak and when I removed the package for the box and plastic bag it was seal into, quite a bit of the Part A ingredient was in the clear bag. Of the three kits I bought, this just happened to be the last one I opened. It was a real mess. Ended up having to continue rolling the already applied product to get coverage.

Very happy with the result so far

This product went down really easy and seems to be holding up well. I have not driven on it yet, so I can’t say if hot tire pickup is an issue. I bought extra flakes to do a full flake finish instead of the standard light flake and then I put a clear finish over the top. For having no idea what I was doing at the start I am very pleased with the result. Rock Solid

Love it. The floor looks so much better. It’s easier to clean too. The effort is all in the prep. Putting down the product is as easy as painting a wall. The smell went away after the next day. There was just a little extra epoxy and flakes after doing my 2 car garage. The main thing I wish I did differently is to roll a coat of epoxy on to all the areas with the crack repair first, then roll the whole garage. I chose this product to use on an untreated garage floor. This kit comes with (2) pouches of part A and B mix. Also included in the kit (2) foam roller pads, decorative paint chips,Etch and instructions for use. This kit covers 450-500 SQ. FT.
