Good product. Dries well. Can Be hard to do large areas because it’s hard to keep a “wet edge” and thus prevent streaks. But the dark gray looks good and coats well.

Long review. Summary: Recommended. Project: 21 year old basement garage, humidity controlled, unfinished ever. Citric acid washed. 1. Do citric acid if indoor; not muriatic acid! But do it. Your floor is dirty! Make sure you have a squeegee. 2. Product is 200-250 sq. ft. per pouch per instructions. I got 215 and should gone for 200 (apply thicker). Edges are darker where concrete absorbed more. Apply thicker! 3. THROW the flakes, don’t “sprinkle.” Much better look. Throw hard. Try it and see! 4...
