Apart from the remote control, it can seamlessly integrate with a mobile APP or voice control (compatible with Alexa/Google Assistant).
This air conditioner operates at an ultra-quiet volume of only 32 dB on low speed.

Ordered this from lowes, the name brand sent to me was zokop (pic) worked with lowes pro rep and he confirmed item numbers and everything was correct per paperwork and description online, Also the zokop is a system that needs charged and the system purchased per specs was a precharged system.
