Our Rinnai tankless water heater is amazing. We can run multiple appliances and multiple showers at the same time with no interruption to our water temperature! We've had ours for almost a year now and the only issue I've had is that the wifi adapter should have come with the heater.

This is my first Rinnai product. I have the exterior tankless water heater for my mini house. It does a great job we have not had any issues. It’s about to be in freezing temperatures so we will see how it does in the cold
