We ordered two of these handles for a cabinet in our laundry room. When I ordered them, it said they were in stock. When they arrived, I only received 1 of the 2 I ordered- the receipt even says ordered quantity of 2 with shipped quantity of 1. Reached out to customer service who said they had to ‘open a case’ for a missing item, which would take 3 to 5 business days. Surface Rust
I purchased a set of these when we redid all of our kitchen cabinets a few years ago. Initially, they looked and felt great, but many of the handles started to rust with a year. Now a few years later, most of them have rust. Pretty disappointing considering how much work we put into refacing the cabinets.
