Shuts and opens as expected.
The door mounted as expected. My disappointment is that the weather stripping is white and the threshold is a light brown or tan color. Not sure when white would ever be a good idea on an exterior utility doors. It works though.

Great for Barn or Shed
I liked the availability of it, but the threshold at the bottom was not put together correctly. There were staples to hold it together, but they were not stapled properly and it just fell causing us to have to reconstruct it. We used screws, which is how it should have been done to begin with.
