Even with all the adjustability, I had to drill an extra hole to align with the hinge screws. Not a big deal for me. The main disappointment was that the one I got didn't come with any mounting hardware. Fortunately, I had 4 small carriage bolts and a pin, so I made it work.

This was in a very dusty box and in hindsight I probably should’ve have passed on it but I needed to complete the a job. I had to make some additional adjustments to the garage door hinges to make it work but , it did work. The part itself was well made and much stronger than the part supplied with the opener.
