Cracked frame, rough finish
I bought in store and carefully transported the door home, so I know that I did not damage the door. I found a crack in the jamb near the hinge. The recessed slot for the locking mechanism had to be chiseled out to receive standard hardware. And there were staple marks all around the finished external moulding that a coat of paint cannot not fully hide. I will need to go back over them with wood filler.

Great door for the price!
Nice door, especially for the price. Seems to be good quality and the install wasn’t too bad. It was a perfect fit. We modified it by cutting out a section to install a dog door. It was easy to cut and looks great!

What we wanted, good item
the door was what we wanted to replace a door in our garage. It came prehung and was white. We knew it would need to be painted, but we were going to paint it. There was a little damage to the door, but we were given an additional discount so that was good. Good product

Lowe's Certified Installers not worth price
I contacted Lowe's on August 1st to have two exterior doors replaced. Had a home visit on August 5th. Had repeated weekly calls that they were gathering my materials. On the third weekly phone call, I realized the script was exactly the same and they were once again postponing my installation. I spoke with the installation scheduler this morning. The soonest they can install both doors is October 31st. Three months for 2 doors.

Therma true entry door.
These doors were delivered in poor condition! There are several facial damages from where cardboard had been deeply stapled onto the wood of the visible facing of the frame! I ordered two of these and they are both damaged with deep staple scars as well a damage to the exterior primer coating.

Door Is Great!!! However don't have it delivered
The door itself is great!! However the process of getting one delivered (and it wasn't the delivery guys that beat it up. It came like that from the store) that wasn't all beat up was a nightmare!!! I would recommend you pick it out at the store and take it home with you!!!.

Not a good quality door
The latches on the door were uneven had to rebuilt door casing to fit the door was very difficult and contractors made me pay more money to fix the defect in the door
