Great Door - Minor Modification Needed
PrePrimered door and frame fit well, was easily installed and the windows allow a lot more light into the area. The door looks fabulous. The dead bolt and handle operating mechanism required some modification before they began to operate as designed. Definately high on my recommendation list.

Great door for laundry room that accesses backyard

Door Not Squared to Frame
The Relaibuilt door brand is not a good brand. It may me a constructed with good materials, but the door itself is poorly constructed (poor workmanship) and not squared to the pre-hung frame. I ordered this door online. The carpenter that I hired had problems installing the door. The frame seemed to be square but the door itself was not. The carpenter set up the frame with shims and a level. However, the door would not close properly. At first the door wouldn’t close being too much offset...

Poor quality control
Got home with my door, found out it was assembled out of plumb so bad that I had to disassemble and square up re-glue and re-nail. No excuse. I should have taken pictures. Please people, don't let poor quality out of your factory.
