Terrible delivery and customer service response.
I ordered many sizes. One was damaged. I also paid for same day delivery. Some took 2 weeks. Lowes gave me a credit that I HAD to use in a store. I'll never use them again.

Awful brand, very cheap quality
These are really poorly made. Plastic slider breaks and the mechanisms on all 12 of these I've installed are horribly cheap (multiple have broken). Also, I would expect two brands to be exactly the same size, but the project I'm on has three different brands of vents due to remodels/add-ons and these are 1/4 to 1/2 in shorter on the outside than all the other brands meaning I have to go back and paint around each one of them whereas on previous projects with different brands I didn't due to fu...

Very poor quality, especially vent slider
Overall it's a piece of stamped metal so not much you can get wrong, but these are generally poor quality. I was replacing existing old vents and the ones I had were old and dirty but way better quality, the mechanism for opening/closing is embarrassingly better than these. The mechanism to move the damper on these broke on two out of four vents, it was stiff and poorly constructed. Really disappointed as now I have to return them.

Exactly what I needed
I bought several of these to replace my older ones that forced the air in only one direction. This has made a difference in how the room temperature feels as a whole. This is good quality.

Perfect replacement for my bathroom update
Initially I ordered the wrong size - I measured the outside instead of the duct opening. Once I replaced it with the correct size I am really happy. I like the plastic slider to open and close the vents, and having painted white screws to install is great.
