Sleeve design improves holding power
No pre-spotting of holes necessary
Anchors should be installed with carbide tipped hammer drill bits made in accordance to ANSI B212.15-1994
Anchors are tested to ASTM E488 criteria

Really Wanted These to Work, but...
Purchased these to mount/attach 4 steel posts with vinyl sleeve wrap to a brick porch and stairs. I really wanted these to work well so I didn't have to go with the anchoring adhesive and threaded rod. Unfortunately, they just wouldn't "bite" in. Only 1 of the 4 I seated actually tightened down. So I ended up buying anchoring adhesive but still plan on using the bolts from these anchors. Figure that the bulb head on the setting end of the bolt will help the anchoring adhesive to hold it in plac...
