What an AMAZING addition to our outdoor activities

I am pretty familiar with RTIC as a brand. We've had the hard versions in our Bronco, Jeeps, Raptors and off road vehicles for years. I want something with less bulk, that could have little weight,authentic contents were emptied. BUT, it still had to provide adequate insulation for my supplies. Great little cooler! Does what it claims!

After much research, this cooler was chosen and purchased to transport medication that needs to be kept refrigerated-under 40* while traveling, sometimes for up to 24 hours at a time. Although not important for the purpose we need it, the teal blue color is attractive. This was a replacement for

This was a replacement for an RTIC that finally was its last days. I was pleased with the cooler, but missed the mesh pouch and tie downs that the old one had. Just a few days after my purchase, I was notified of the “pro” model with the pouch and EZ zipper. I would have waited if I had known this model was on its way. Timing is everything.

Spacious but lacks amenities

Love the cooler to keep items cold for long periods. Floats which comes in handy when boating. Negatives are: Needs outside pockets that can hold cell phones, keys etc. a net on the inside lid to hold other essentials forks knives would be great.

Excellent cooling capacity

Loving this cooler for its incredible ability to retain cold. It kept ice frozen and contents cold for an entire day on the beach without any shade available- sun was beating down on cooler for hours on very hot day. My only complaint is that it's on the heavy side, so it's tough on my neck to lug it more than a very short distance. Maybe just the price one pays for a more effective cooler. Mis-labeled?

The cooler is good, and I have no qualms with the quality. I do have an issue with the marketing of the cooler. When I purchased it, less than a month ago, it was advertised as a 40 can ultra-tough. However, now the same cooler is labeled as a 50 can ultra-tough. The cooler is very large, which can be good and can be a negative as well. It is too large for what I intended it for, and once you add the weight of the items inside and ice, it is very heavy!

Husband approved

Ordered this as a gift for my husband’s 40th birthday. The camo design was perfect for him to use for hunting as well as just everyday activities. His first time using the cooler, we took it to the pool with friends. His buddy was so impressed by the quality of the cooler that he ordered one for himself while we were drinking in the pool. Shipping was fast, quality is superb and the options are endless. I’m sold on RTIC and will only buy from them from now on!

All Purpose

Love the cooler and everything about it. This is our second or third 50 can, we also have a 30 can 20 can and 10 can. These are super light, super convenient, easy to move and can stack in tight spaces unlike hard surface coolers. We host quite a bit, so it’s great for transporting or holding ice, use at the lake often, and the beach. Love this cooler, will definitely purchase again.

The shoulder strap clips are weak break very easy plastic clips were so much stronger have to use old one zipper is very tight my last one broke but the cooler was fine need to upgrade these 2 things

Quality is Lacking!

I bought the 40 can cooler a couple weeks ago for an upcoming beach trip and I’m not as impressed as I could be. The overall quality is good, but after filling the cooler and attempting to zip it, the zipper pull cracked in half and then cracked the remaining piece off after another attempt. This is after lubricating the zipper as instructed. I’m chalking it up to it maybe being dry rotted and have sent RTIC an email.
