Instructions are NOT set up on 8.5x11 sheets, and they don't print correctly. Why does the deadbolt have to stick out on auto-lock when your door is open? It should sense the door is open and auto-lock as soon as it's closed. Robot responses to reviews are a bad look, Lowe's.

Installation was very easy and straightforward. The fact there is no instructions wasn’t an issue until I installed batteries. The QR code on the box is a link to the Mylowes app and nothings else. I had to use the bar code to look up the lock and find links that the Users and Install manuals. Be careful if you navigate them too fast you have to start over as it kicks you back to the start page. Then, after figuring out you need both manuals to start the process of programming it consistently be...
