Insulated glass and durable wool pile seals on this RELIABILT window keep cold air out and warm air in. Also included is an easily removable full screen to keep insects out. These energy-efficient vinyl hopper windows are equipped with dual-pane, annealed, insulated glass to provide thermal insulation, sound control, and energy efficiency, which help regulate indoor temperatures
Vinyl windows that feature a single sash, which is attached at the bottom of the frame using durable metal hinges, allowing them to open inward from the top
Rigid white exterior and white interior, these windows have a heavy-duty welded vinyl main frame for strength and durability
Unlatch the top interior lever to release the window for tilting inward, then simply push it back for a self-latching closure and turn the handle to lock it securely

Vinyl hopper window with screen is a great value for the price, . Can be used in old concrete foundation. It replaced 32x16 single pane wood framed window that had been cast in the concrete foundation. For a 32x16 opening, Cut the flange off the top and sides of new window. Leave half the flange on the bottom if the concrete sill is tapered. Chisel 3/16" ribs off the concrete opening that locked to the old frame. Install with caulk and expanding foam.
