Not Soft Close

The glides fit well, are easy to install, and they glide smoothly. However, they are not soft close in the least. You have to close them all the way and even then, they pop back open unless you hold it close for a second before releasing it. I had to install a magnet on the inside of the drawer front and on the cabinet face frame to get them to stay shut. They are good enough that I won't be taking them off and returning, but I won't be buying any more of them for the rest of my drawers.

Smooth gliding

My bottom drawer had fallen off of the track, bearings had worn-out and would not stay in place. I bought some replacement track from Lowes and they fit perfectly. Problem solved. Drawer works great now.

I received only an empty box and packing paper

I opened the box this morning to find that it contained only wadded up packing paper. It did not contain the product. Now, I have to go into the store to explain why I am unable to return a product I did not receive.

Stiff mechanism

It glides smoothly, and the slow close mechanism works well, but collapsing the drawer slides when pushing the drawer in is a bit stiff and loses some momentum as the pieces of the slides contract.

Easy install

These sliders were needed to replace my original cabinet sliders because the bearings fell apart. The sliders work perfectly for the large slide-out trash cabinet in the kitchen. Easy install too!

Soft close mechanism is pretty poor

These are probably the worst soft-close drawer slides I've used. The closing mechanism doesn't really work that well; you really have to give the drawer a pretty good shove to get the close mechanism to engage. Similarly, you have to give the drawer a fairly strong yank to get it to open. It's enough that stuff in the drawer usually flies around a bit from the force need to pull the drawer open.
