RELIABILT 20-in Soft Close Side Mount Matte black Drawer Slide 100-lb Load Capacity

Solid Slides

Bought these to use in an end table drawer I built. Solid construction, they operate silently, the soft close function works as intended and the instructions included were accurate on the spacing needed for installation. The little plastic clips you have to push on to pull the drawer all the way out can take a couple tries before they do their job. That’s the only tiny gripe I have. Would buy them again next time I need drawer slides.

Pretty decent

I used it as a retrofit on an aging drawer and it works ok

Perfect slides

Very impressed with these 20-inch soft-close drawer slides. They feel solid and well-built, operate smoothly, and the soft-close feature works great even with a heavier drawer. Installation was straightforward, and they feel like they’ll hold up well over time. Great quality for the price—definitely recommend!

100lb, Quiet Drawer slide w/ Matte black finish

The black coating appears to be of a lasting texture and finish. Rolls as expected. I previously had one that would "click" on the catch, but this one does not do that, which is nice. I bought this for my trash can drawer slide because of the 100lb rating. It did not come with the back panel bracket, but I already had one previously which worked out great.

Smooth, strong, and quiet close

I purchased these replacement drawer slides for my file cabinets. They make the drawers close smoothly and quietly. They are significantly more sturdy than the originals. I feel as though they will last the life of the cabinets. Unfortunately, the directions have very small type and were not helpful.

Smooth but broken feature

Very smooth and quiet operation, but the soft close feature broke on second use.

Beware!!

One star is for Lowe's, not this product. Not what one would expect. I purchased this product as a replacement for existing set of drawer slides previously purchased at Lowe's. However, in the roughly 2 years since the original purchase, Lowe's has changed providers for this product. This should not have been a problem but in changing suppliers, the product also changed dimensions. The industry standard for drawer slides is a height of 1.77". These measure almost 1.9". The problem is that they ...
