RELIABILT trim boards are made from quality #2 grade SPF lumber, a mix of spruce, pine, and fir species
Ready to install with factory applied beige primer, easily paint the color of your choice
Each board measures 1-1/2-in thick x 7-1/4-in x 16 feet
Designed for use in exterior application around windows, doors, siding, soffets, corners, roof lines or any other facia or trim area
Boards are untreated and sanded on all three sides, have one resawn face, have square edges, and are primed beige
#2 grade boards are kiln-dried for minimal moisture, reduced tendency to warp, shrink, cup, or twist
Cuts and installs using common wood working tools
If used in applications where there will be exposure to moisture, secure with weather resistant fasteners, either stainless steel or hot dipped galvanized
For exterior applications finish with exterior grade paint, then seal any edges or seams to prevent water intrusion

Boards offgassed and ruined topcoats
I bought four of these boards specifically because they were kiln dried and "lower in moisture" than a $17 green Douglas Fir board. I knew I would have to re prime them because the factory primer is always beat up and missing on boards. I used Dunn Edwards Premium Ultra Grip primer and three coats of their best exterior paint, Evershield.
