Not happy mortar mix already hard

Curb side pickup: make sure you inspect before leaving. Had 3 - 60lb bags of Mortar mix that appeared to have gotten wet and dried. The bag was hard as a rock. Called and reported. I will have to make another trip to get it exchanged. Told them they should get their mortar mix before delivering to customer that it is not hard/damaged.

It's a bag of cement! It's quite easy to work with and sets in a reasonable time. Only issue is on the shelf in the store at least one bag had split so take some glove when you want to buy some.
