5 parts cement to 1 part water…. See the image. I imagine every bucket at my Lowe’s is defective, because I’ve tried two buckets with same result. I pre-measured everything so that I could dump the cement on the water immediately and start mixing. It clumped up, and no amount of mixing would change it. For kicks, I tripled the water on the last batch to see if the clumps would dissolve- they didn’t.
It says to pour the mix into water. They mean it.
Great product with very mild expansion capacity for a good hold.

Worked great. I only needed a small amount to fix my handrail. It does setup fast. I'm sure I will find other projects for the rest of the tube.
Crack filler
Got this product to fill a crack in a cement floor that was about 1/4" wide and about 6" deep. I was able to mix and have a poorable consistency. It did the trick and dried hard and smooth.
