What Customers Are Saying

The product is well-designed and sturdy, with a simple, sleek look and convenient roll replacement. However, some users reported issues with the installation, such as a difficult-to-tighten set screw leading to a wobbly or unstable holder. The quality of the hardware and instructions were also criticized by a few customers. Overall, the product seems to offer good value, but the installation experience may vary.

I have the Dover Chrome hand towel hook and the toilet paper holder. Easy to install and the style adds a touch of elegance in my opinion. Simple and nice!

Does what it is supposed to do - until it doesn't

It is doing what it is supposed to do....unless it becomes detached from the wall.

Lazy proof tp holder

Would Recommend

Simple toilet paper holder that matches our other fixtures in our bathroom in the nickel finish. Love that my kids just need to slip it on, as they and most kids never like replacing the toilet paper. This is pretty lazy proof.
