No clue whether this product is good or bad. However the shipping method is terrible. Ordered this tub, delivered with a broken door and unusable. Lowes Re-ordered through customer service. Arrived with a broken door again and unusable. Talked with Lowes, nothing they can do but order another one. Spoke to the manufacturer, nothing they would do because it supposedly happened during shipping. All we wanted was a new door. So we will not order it again, due to the time frame it takes to g...

I will give no star for delivery of my order. It was delivered four days before the scheduled delivery, and without any warning. It was on my driveway in the rain behind my wife's car blocking the use of her car. I have recorded a cell phone photo.

Excellent
First off I'm a DIY. This soaking tub is excellent in every way. Shipping container solid wood and tub wrapped in bubble wrap. The tub is heavy guage fiberglass with excellent gel coat finish. The tub came complete with heavy duty chrome faucet and connecting hoses. Instructions were good step by step. My only problem was connecting hose gasket got twisted, so you need to be careful to support hose during connection. For the price this tub has great quality at a affordable price.
