Total frustration
I have ordered this item three times and still do not have the product. Why? Each time the product is delivered severely damaged. The first time I hade home delivery in Lancaster, PA. The package was crushed at the end despite being marked fragile. I returned to Lowe’s Lancaster and then ordered a second one. I thought I was clever to have it delivered to the store in order that I could inspect it and to avoid delivery service damage. It was similarly damaged (too similarly), in fact I am convin...
Flimsy
Flimsy, light and insubstantial; Can be easily damaged. Returned it to store and bought Baldwin.

Unfortunately it arrived badly damaged.
I trust local Lowe’s store will make it right. Will reorder through store pick-up only so we can inspect the reorder together. Recommend anyone who buys this only order from store pick-up and inspect it there too.
