Needs better packaging
It looks as described, but was not packaged very well. On corner was bent in shipping. But we kept it anyway.
A suitable yet cheaper replacement for the origina
It's a bit flimsy. It's brass in appearance only so I get it. Looks good though. Hopefully it holds up from the weather.
Easy to install
I received this product from Lowe’s after having to return one I received from a different big box store. The one I received from Lowe’s was in perfect condition. The one from the competitor was significantly bent despite having “fragile”on the box. I especially liked the warning placed on the product. It said be careful sharp edges. The attachment to the door was easy and it looks great. Perfect size for my door.
