Great Product For The Price
EASY to put together, good quality for the price, fit perfect in my space, nothing came defective, some screws were kind of hidden in the plastic foam but all were there. Very happy!
Horrible!
Right out of the box the plastic wood coating was peeling off. I had to put a towel to cover the bench part.

Terrible quality
The hooks and wood are very cheap and all of them have fallen off.
Parts Missing and Hooks Broke Off
Essential parts were missing and there was no way to get them replaced. Customer Service was mocking me when I asked for help. Hooks break off with one coat hanging. Pressed paper, not wood.

For a Family of 5 the organization of this Hall tree is Great, especially in a small room. And it is beautiful.

Cheap
You get what you pay. Also, one of the parts already came defective? If that’s the right word. The “wood” look was ripped off of one of the boards. We hadn’t even finished looking at all parts and decided we would not keep. It’s being sent back today
