Not worth the money spent
Item is cheap … and has defects

The overall appearance is nice. The problem was as we put it all together when nailing in the backboard if you miss where the nail goes it come through the front. since it's so cheaply made it breaks the wood and cracks off the fake wood overlay. We now have a decent looking hall tree with 3 cracks in the back of the seat on each side.
Do not buy!
This product came extremely damaged. The box was so destroyed that there was no way I could return it. They were parts of the Finish missing off of at least 1/3 of the pieces and damage to the ends of multiple boards on the surface that would be showing. Whatever the styrofoam packing they use to protect it was melted in transit and adhered to the boards and was nearly impossible to remove. You get what you pay for
This product is nice and I guess you get what you pay for. It’s somewhat cheaply made. The shoe storage was what made it most appealing. It’s definitely not gray. It’s more brown.

This was a perfect fit for our large mud room. Definitely seems like a daunting set up when it's all unpacked but took less than a hour.
