Product not operational on delivery and installment. Pruduct came without batteries which are needed and should have been included for the price. Installers had no idea of how product worked. To date oven not operating and two burners working intermittently even after following instructions given in the manual.

I like everything except the silver plates under the burners arrived with rust starting on them

Open the box and check the stove for damage.

Could not try the product because one side of the stove was caved in and damaged.

No bells, no 4

This is a very plain, no bells, no whistles gas stove. I bought it because of the style, it looks old fashio ed yo me, i love the middle burner/ griddle and the storage cabinet on the side of the oven.The cons are no light in the oven and no timer/clock anywhere, also, thr ignitors are battery powered so there's no need for an outlet.

Had to buy another one

Bought this about 5 years ago for my rental(hope it would have lasted 10+ years). Now buying again because the top part of it broke off and the oven stop working. Reason I am buying this again is that this is the only model that fits my cost to replace for my rental. All other 36in stove are expensive and more higher end.

Misleading!

I knew this stove was cheaper than most but I was not expecting junk! The picture shows a light in the stove. There is none. The batteries last less than a week. The racks on the stove top warp after one use. I ordered it in April. It was picked up at the store in May. My contractor installed it in June and it has gone thru two sets of 9 batteries already. A Little Disappointed

I knew this range was going to be pretty basic, but I wasn't expecting it to be this basic and cheap. It takes 10 seconds to light the oven. The burner grates do not fit if the drip pans are in. There is no light in the oven (very misleading picture!). One of the latches for the top of the range does not work properly so the right side of the top keep popping up. Stopped Working

When I pay $800 for an oven when I could easily pay $600 by switching to electric, I expect a quality product. This oven has been a huge disappointment. The oven light went out within a month and now, 3 months after I purchased and Lowe’s installed the appliance for me, the oven has completely stopped working! Thankfully there is a 1 year warranty, but this product has become a huge inconvenience. I do NOT recommend you purchase this appliance.
