We received the portable pit boss pellet grill and followed the instructions to put it together. However, once we turned it on the auger would not turn at all. We contacted Pit Boss directly and they wanted us to do a lot of troubleshooting (rewiring etc) that was behind the scope of what we should have to do for a brand-new purchase. We also did not receive the brackets to install the handles with. The representative stated they would send us a new auger motor. This is not very customer friendl...

Definitely not worth it
The first one I bought broke within 3 weeks I took it back got it replaced and the second one broke within the next 3 weeks. Don't waste your time on this piece of crap!
